This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2421 of 2023 dated 06.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
