(CRIME NO.1037/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 6(c) imposed on the petitioner that he should report before the trail Court daily at 10.30 a.m., on all working days in Crl.O.P.2288/2021 dated 04.03.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.SHANKAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 04.03.2021 in Crl.OP.No.2288 of 2021, this Court modified the condition imposed on the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the said condition.
