The prayer in the writ petition is for a writ of mandamus
directing the respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2009.
2. The 3rd respondent has filed counter wherein in paragraph 7, it is stated that the representation has already been considered and disposed of by a reasoned order dated 07.10.2010.
3. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the said order dated 07.10.2010 issued on behalf of the respondents and the same is taken on record.
4. In view of the above stated facts, as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondents, no further order is necessary to be passed at this juncture.
5. Hence, writ petition is disposed of by recording the order dated 07.10.2010. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
