Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing counsel takes notice for first respondent, Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for second respondent and Mr.P.Arumugarajan, learned Standing

counsel takes notice for third and fourth respondents. By consent of parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider her representation dated 09.04.2018, wherein and whereby, she sought for shifting a TASMAC shop No.78, at Kalmandapam, Royapuram, Chennai - 600 013. She has made the above said representation by expressing certain reasons for shifting the said shop.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the reason stated by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents, more particularly, the fourth respondent to consider and decide.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the representation, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation dated 09.04.2018 made by the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, including the petitioner. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
