Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the connected appeal in A.S.No.231 of 2019 is pending before a learned single Judge and that there is an order of this Court, dated 12.02.2021, directing this appeal to be heard along with the said appeal, namely A.S.No.231 of 2019.

3. Since A.S.No.231 of 2019 is pending before the learned single Judge, Registry is directed to obtain necessary orders from the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice to list the matters together, after 06th March,2023.
