This writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order given by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings No.1228/RTI/2016 dated 09.08.2016 and quash the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same and further direct the 3rd respondent to release the petitioner (M.Ramamurthy, Son of Madasamy, Convict No.1228 now confined in Central Prison - I, Puzhal, Chennai) on parole for one month from 01.09.2016 to 30.09.2016 and allow the petitioner to conduct and participate his daughter R.Anuradha's wedding on 11.09.2016 and reception on 18.09.2016 respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition has to be dismissed as infructuous. No Cost.
