(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.06.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.1986 of 2020, seeks bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is having four previous cases. He would further submit that the petitioner had caused injury over the left forehead of the victim and 26 sutures have been done on the forehead of the victim. The victim was admitted in a private hospital in Tiruvottiyur and discharged only after seven days. 3.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has four previous cases pending against him and he had also caused injury to the victim and 26 sutures were put on his forehead, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
