days ordinary leave without escort to the father of the petitioner/convict prisoner namely Mr.Mathi @ Mathiyalagan, S/o. Sitha gounder who is confining in 3rd respondent.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertains to the impugned order in No.12608/Tha.Ku.3/2023, dated 30.03.2024, passed by the third respondent, quash the same and grant 40 days Ordinary Leave without escort to the father of the petitioner/Convict Prisoner namely Mr.Mathi @ Mathiyalagan, S/o. Sitha Gounder who is confining in 3rd respondent.

2. Mr.M.Mohamed Saifulla, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Convict Prisoner/father of the petitioner viz.Mr.Mathi

@ Mathiyalagan S/o.Sitha Gounder, confined at Central Prison Coimbatore, has already been granted six days Emergency Leave, and thus, the prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed.
