Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for complying conditions which was imposed by this Honble Court in order passed in Crl.OP.No.8079 of 2017 dated 27.04.2017 for a period of two weeks.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. B. RAMESH BABU, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- It is seen from the records that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.O.P.No.8079 of 2017 dated 27.04.2017.
2. Now the petition has been filed to extend time to execute the bond in the order passed in the said petition.
3. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.
4. Hence, time is extended to comply with the order dated 27.04.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.8079 of 2017 for a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 06/12/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
