O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a charge sheet in Crime No.858 of 2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the 5th accused in Crime No.858 of 2014. Based on the complaint given by one Jayesh Kumar Surana, the respondent police has registered a case against the petitioner and others in Crime No.858 of 2014 for the alleged offence under Section 420 IPC on 10.06.2014. Even after lapse of two years, there is no progress in the investigation of the said case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent police to expedite the investigation in the case in Crime No.858 of 2014 pending on his file and file a final report as early as possible.
