C.M.P.No.9145 of 2022 in S.A.SR.No.26715 of 2020 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to bring on record respondent Mrs.B.Gowri, residing at No.19/28, 4th Street, Annai Sathya Nagar, Chennai-62 as the only legal representative of the deceased 3rd respondent and rank her as respondent 10 in the above Second Appeal.

2. M/s.N.Jothi has entered appearance for the 10th respondent and has no objection to the petition being ordered. Accordingly, the petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
