(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 1st respondent to accept the cancellation deed cancelling the power of attorney document bearing document No.4174/2020 dated 11.10.2019 without insisting on production of original parent documents as well as presence of 2nd respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.B.Divakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
