This petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.32008 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32008 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025 is relaxed.
