ORDER

This Court by an order dated 20.10.2021 disposed of W.P.No.22033 of 2021 directing the respondent herein who was the 2nd respondent in the writ petition to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of 10 weeks. Pursuant to the said order, the respondent herein passed an order dated 30.07.2024 and accordingly, it was concluded that the petitioner herein is entitled for an amount of Rs.3,39,690/- and out of which an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was paid through cheque No.371203 dated 30.07.2024. The learned counsel for the respondent further submitted that the balance amount of Rs.2,39,690/- would be paid to the petitioner in 4 equal monthly instalments without any default. In view of the same, by placing on record the submission made by the learned counsel on behalf of the respondent, the contempt petition is closed, directing the respondent to pay the balance amount of Rs.2,39,690/- in 4 equal monthly installments commencing from 31.08.2024.
