(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J) After making submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Contempt Petition. Even though, contempt is a matter between the Court and contemnor, this Court finds that this Contempt Petition is based on specific averments. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for withdrawal of the said averments from the affidavit by tendering apology to the Court as well as to the respondent, recording the same, this Court close this Contempt Petition. No costs.
