22.01.2016 as per petitioner representations release arrears with interest, and permit the petitioner to appear before the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) Screening Committee for next AGP movement to Rs.7,000/- from 05.04.2018 upon fulfilling all eligibility conditions under G.O.Ms. No.58, dated 21.03.2018, within a time frame determined by this Court to prevent further delay and financial hardship.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents, particularly the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 29.08.2024 by which representation, the petitioner sought payment of Academic Grade Pay of Rs.6,000/- which the petitioner claims that he is entitled. It is stated that even arrears will have to be paid to the petitioner. 2.A direction is given to the respondents to examine the representation of the petitioner and examine whether the petitioner is entitled for the Academic Grade Pay, which he seeks Rs.6,000/- and the respondents may also examine the

result of the Screening -cum- Evaluation Committee with respect to the performance of work discharged by the petitioner before taking final decision. If the said committee report is available, then within a four weeks from the date of such report, the representation must be examined and orders may be passed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
