Notices sent to the respondents have been duly served. Affidavit of service enclosing acknowledgement card have been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant. Names of the respondents are also printed in the cause list today. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondents. Hence respondents are set exparte by this Court.

This Court in this application by order dated 11.06.2025 directed the respondents to furnish security to the extent of the claim amount of Rs.3,54,010.20 on or before the next hearing date, failing which, it was made clear that this Court will pass consequential order of attachment as prayed for in this 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Accordingly, this Court orders attachment of the properties owned by the respondents morefully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons and this application is allowed as prayed for.
