These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 183 days in filing the criminal appeals as against order dated 22.07.2024 made in C.C.Nos.527, 526 of 2018; 193 of 2021; 210 of 2020 passed by the Fast Track Court-I, Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 183 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
