The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider their representation dated 27.04.2016 to amend some of the stringent conditions in the Regulations framed for Play Schools.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the Regulations for Play Schools, 2015 has been challenged in a Writ Petition in W.P.No.24139 of 2016.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner either to implead themselves in the connected W.P.No.24139 of 2016 or challenge the said Regulation.

No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.14696 of 2016 is closed.
