PRAYER: Petitions filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to set aside the arbitration Awards in A.C.P.Nos.SP/421/2013, SP/422/2013 and SP/423/2013 dated 13.06.2016 passed by the Arbitrator and allow these Original Petitions.

Petitioners : Mr.S.Duhayakumar Respondent : Mr.K.B.Vivekanandan C O M M O N O R D E R Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the petitioners have to pay Rs.5,00,000/- [Rupees five lakhs only], including parking charges, in full quit, in all the petitions, to the respondent. Therefore, to make the said payment, the petitioners require 15 days time, for selling the vehicle.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that settlement had been reached between the parties and they are ready to receive a sum of Rs.5,00,00,000/- [Rupees five lakhs only] towards all the petitions.

3. In view of the same, the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5,00,00,000/- [Rupees five lakhs only] in full quit, including parking charges,

within a period of one month from today. Failure to pay the above amount, the amount shall carry interest at the rate of 7% per annum.

4. With the above observations, the Original Petitions are disposed of.
