W.M.P.No.12253 of 2020 in W.P.No.93 of 2020 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J., This petition has been filed seeking to modify the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.93 of 2020 on 06.01.2020. 2.

This Court disposed of the Writ Petition by issuing directions to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.10.2015 and pass orders within a period of six weeks. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent along with a copy of the order passed by this Court and the first respondent has directed the petitioner to approach the second respondent, who is the competent authority to deal with the matter. The petitioner has made a fresh representation to the second respondent. The learned counsel submitted that appropriate directions can be issued to the second respondent, by fixing some time limit and pass final orders. http://www.judis.nic.in

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with a copy of this order. This modification petition is disposed of with the above directions.
