Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.KADHIRVELU, Special Government Pleader for the petitioner and of MR.K.GOVINDARAJ, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:-
The writ petition was filed on 15th December 2015 and the deletion petition has not been considered, at this point of time. The grounds raised by the petitioner shall be considered, at the time of final hearing of the writ petition.
