ORDER

(1) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.A.Srijayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. (2) We find no merit in the present writ petition, particularly in the sense, it appears to be re-adjudication of the same issue once again.

(3) The petitioner herein had already filed WP.No.10153/2021 seeking a direction to grant patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to her house in S.No2/284-2 in Pachanampatti Colony in Pachanampatti Village at Omalur Taluk in Salem District.

(4) The petitioner had given an application in that regard on 14.11.20219. The said writ petition came before a learned Single Judge of this Court, who vide order dated 23.04.2021, had directed that the respondents to pass orders after giving an opportunity to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said order. Eight weeks has not yet gone by. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has come before this Court. It is a clear case of re-adjudicating the same issue. We are not inclined to entertain the same.

(5) The writ petition stands dismissed.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
