Crl.M.P.No.5514 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5281 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5281 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Chennai report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5281 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
