ORDER

The petitioner prays for a mandamus directing the Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam / R3 to furnish a certified copy of order passed in C.M.P.No.1504 of 2024 dated 08.04.2023 and a consequential direction to R1 and R2 to implement the same within a time frame. 2.

R3 has vide a communication dated 13.06.2024 placed on record that there are no copy applications pending with respect to C.M.P No. 1504 of 2023.

In fact, petitioner's application has been returned for the reason that the entire case records have been sent to the Arakkonam Taluk Police station and the original returned application is also placed at page no.43. If at all the petitioner is very insistent on copy of the docket order, let a separate application be made in accordance with law.

As far as the consequential direction is concerned, Mr.Vinoth Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), confirms that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.195 of 2024 on 29.05.2024 and a copy of the same is also handed over to the petitioner. 5.

With this and as nothing further survives in this writ petition, the same is closed. No costs.
