This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by one A.P.Naresh, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent. Hence, no blanket order of not to harass the petitioner can be passed. The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, he should not be harassed. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
