O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.08.2015 under C.S.R.No.126 dated 05.08.2015 pending on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, G-3, Melmaruvathur Police Station, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, and to investigate it and to take immediate and stern action against the said persons.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.126 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
