The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.1191 of 2017 and O.S.No.186 of 2017 by the learned Additional District Munsif Judge, Tirupattur. This Court is not going into merits of the case. On the face of the order, the same is non speaking order. There is nothing reflected in the order, as to how, the learned Judge has arrived at the conclusion. Hence, the said IA No.1191 of 2017 is remitted back to the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Tirupattur, to consider and pass the order on merits within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
