A.No.2894 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of 1st plaintiff in the above suit A.No.2895 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st plaintiff in the above suit. A.No.2896 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the applicants 1 to 4 as plaintiffs 3 to 6 and respondents 18 and 19 as defendants who were legal heirs of deceased 1st plaintiff in the above suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. No representation for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, these applications are allowed.
