The application is filed to to implead 1.M.Victor and 2.M.John Edward as respondents No.10 and 11 in C.S.No.587 of 2016.

2. The application is not opposed by any of the respondents and I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. Having satisfied myself with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, I feel that the proposed parties are proper and necessary parties to the suit.

4. Therefore, A.No.2480 of 2024 is allowed and M.Victor and.M.John Edward are impleaded as respondents No.10 and 11 in C.S.No.587 of 2016.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post on 07.06.2024.
