ORDER

At the time of hearing the above petition, it was brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.S.Mukunth, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that an application under Order 21 Rule 26 of CPC has been filed in EA.No.20/2026 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam, and the same is pending.

2.Considering the submission of the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that since an application under Order 21 Rule 26 of CPC, has been filed and it would be appropriate to direct the petitioner to pursue the aforesaid application.

3.Hence, CMP.No.11391/2026 is disposed of as appropriate remedy under Order 21 Rule 26 of CPC, has already been invoked. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition is closed at the SR stage itself. 29-04-2026 AP Internet : Yes
