This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.01.2015 under appropriate penal provisions of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petitioner is also part of the Gang, which has cheated the people on the promise of getting jobs.
