Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to implement the proceedings in N.Dis.No.2248 /F2 /2020 dated 15/10/2020 in respect of repay the enter monetary benefits and recommended fixation (Increments) issued by the 1st respondent.

Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the first respondent.

2. Proceedings have been given on 15.10.2020 by the first respondent in N.Dis.No.2248/F2/2020 with respect to the petitioner. By the said proceedings, the monetary benefits have been determined by the first respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not complied with the said fixation as determined by the first respondent. In view of this, the above writ petition has been filed.

4. Let the petitioner give a representation to the second respondent seeking to put in effect the order of the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent and this Court is confident that if such a representation is given, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation, the second respondent will pass appropriate orders. If an opportunity of hearing is required, then necessary opportunity may be given to the petitioner.
