O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take the appeals filed by the petitioner filed by the petitioner for enquiry and pass appropriate orders within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the appeals filed by the petitioner have been taken on file by the first respondent and already notices have been issued to the petitioner as well as the other interested parties to appear for enquiry on 09.09.2020 at 11.00 A.M. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present during the enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the first respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conduct enquiry after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and all the other interested parties and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
