ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct survey in the subject property and to mark the boundaries, based on the online application submitted by the petitioner on 03.12.2024.

2. Heard Mr.G.Munuraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 03.12.2024 and conduct survey in the subject property in line with the title documents and joint patta that stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta 2/4

No.2440 and complete the process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
