This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 03.08.2015 as FIR and direct the investigation to be done by CB-CID Police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 07.08.2015. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
4. This Court, on a careful perusal of the complaint dated 03.08.2015 given by the petitioner, finds that the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature inasmuch as the petitioner has invested money in the real estate business along with the opposite party and that was failed.
