ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.251 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are totally four accused in this case and the petitioner herein is A4. He states that A1 to A3 were arrested and released on bail and there are five previous cases against the petitioner herein.
3. Considering the fact that there are already five previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
