The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that this Court, by order dated 12.01.2026, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.70,00,000/- on or before 19.12.2025.

However, there has been no compliance till date.

2. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a possibility of settlement between the petitioner and the defacto complainant.

3. Hence, Post the matter on 28.04.2026.
