This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register a case against the culprits on the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.11.2014.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.422 of 2014 before the first respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
