Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2018 to measure the land and fix the boundary of land situated at Arulavadi Village bearing Patta No.360, comprised in Survey Nos.8/2 and 9/1.

Mr.J.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 26.09.2018, wherein and whereby, she sought for measuring and fixing the boundaries in respect of the land situated at Arulavadi Village, bearing Patta No.360, comprised in Survey Nos.8/2 and 9/1.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the representation was made on 26.09.2018, the respondents have not considered the same.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner 26.09.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
