This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the application dated 11.04.2015 made by the petitioner for 1/3

renewal of license for running a tea stall at shop at Door No.10, Old Door No.1/1, Nelvayal Salai, Perambur, Chennai-11.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
