Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to the proceedings in No.BU/E7/2015/3596-4 and No.BU/E7/2015/3596-5, dated 13.04.2015 relating to the appointment of respondents 3 & 4 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to conduct fresh recruitment process by following all Norms & Rules as per the Resolution passed in Syndicate Meeting dated 04.10.2012. This writ petition is listed under the caption `for withdrawal', based on the letter submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners dated 16.11.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had also submitted that the petitioner was already appointed by the respondents 1 and 2 and therefore the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence he sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

3. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the letter submitted by the counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stands closed.
