This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order dated 29.06.2016 made in W.P.No.22321 of 2016 passed by this Court.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the entire retirement benefits due to the petitioner herein has been settled.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this Contempt Petition stands closed.

4.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be given liberty to challenge the quantum of amount disbursed, in case, there is any discrepancy arise.

5.Such a liberty to challenge the quantum of amount is hereby granted to the petitioner herein.
