ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.3294 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.442 of 2021 by the order dated 18.03.2021. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 442 of 2021 dated 18.03.2021 by this Court is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
