This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the above named petitioner based on the complaint preferred by her former husband Mr.V.Henry Moses whose marriage is already annulled by the way of order dated 13.08.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Principal Family Court at Chennai in O.P.No.4460 of 2010.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner divorced her husband, despite which, her husband has lodged a complaint and petition enquiry is pending before the respondent. Since the petitioner is divorced from the complainant, the police shall not harass the petitioner.
With the above said observations, the criminal original petition is closed.
