ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 4th respondent in respect of Village A register of Village No.133/2, Paravakottai Village, in respect of Survey No.640/1 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to enter the name of the petitioner as owner of Survey No.640/1 in the Village A register of Village No.133/2, Paravakottai Village. 2.With respect to the same issue, the petitioner herein has filed O.S.No.98 of 2020 before the District Munsif, Mannargudi. The grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there has been interference with possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner may move necessary interlocutory application before the District Munsif Court, Mannargudi in O.S.No.98 of 2020. I am confident that if such an application is filed, learned District Munsif, Mannargudi may examine and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
