This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.03.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, earlier on a complaint given by this petitioner, a case in Crime No.83 of 2003 was registered against the opposite party.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that even after that, the opposite party is trespassing into the land of this petitioner. If that is so, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

person to the respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.
