2. C.M.P.No.11920 of 2018 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent in the above Second Appeal.
3. C.M.P.No.11921 of 2018 is filed to bring on record the respondents 5 to 9 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent and rank them as respondents 5 to 9 in the above Second Appeal.

The learned counsel for the deceased 4th respondent would submit that he has received instructions for appearing on behalf of the legal representatives of the 4th respondents and has no objection to the petitions being ordered. Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent has no objection to the above petitions being ordered. Mr.V.Viswanathan appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 is also present. The said petitions are accordingly ordered.
5. The Registry shall carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 15.06.2021.
