A.No.2133 of 2022 in O.P.No.662 of 2020 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed seeking to receive additional documents apart from the documents filed in the proof affidavit. 2.Though service completed in the Original Petition and the names of the respondents are printed in the cause lists, none appeared on behalf of the respondents.

3.When the matter came up for hearing on the earlier occasion, this Court orally directed the applicant/petitioner to file the death certificate of N.Sundara Naicker, who is the attesting witness of the Will, along with the legal heir ship certificate of N.Sundara Naicker. As per the oral direction of this Court, the applicant/petitioner has filed this present application to receive the said certificate as additional documents.

rst 4.In view of the above, it is appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
