This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2850 of 2023 vide order dated 22.02.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week at 10:30 a.m for a period of three months and thereafter on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.
